Biomechanics Diploma Course
10 Modules and 2 Practical Days
Foot and Leg injuries and their treatment with the reason why they happen. A comprehensive course dealing with trauma and the management of the underlying mechanical causation. A course for anyone concerned with physical pursuits or involved in active situations in which soft- tissue injury might occur. A two-day practical workshop forms part of the course. Leads to Diploma qualification

Remedial Massage of the Lower Limb
Not simply a massage course. The ten theory modules explore the anatomy, physiology, joint pathology,
examination and rehabilitation of the lower limb.

The "Higher" Diploma in
Foot Health Practice
The above three courses, if completed in addition to your original Diploma in Foot Health Practice, lead to award of the Higher Diploma in Foot Health Practice and will gain a Fellowship by the Alliance of Private Sector Practitioners in recognition of academic achievement of a minimum of 1,080 hours of study, based on a notional 30 hours per module.
Those wishing to pursue a BSc (Hons) Podiatry degree can do so by direct approach to a university. Universities will always look at the individual and any relevant prior learning they may have. Several of this College's graduates, having gained their FHP Diploma with this College, have already gained access to the Podiatry degree having followed this route.
Undertaking the Higher Diploma adds strength and value to your original FHP qualification and broadens professional horizons.
