Gilly has extensive years of experience working with board-level management of large corporates within the Healthcare, NHS, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Retail and FMCG sectors both nationally and internationally.

After being initially approached by the College to undertake a consultancy programme about Marketing, branding and HR, after 6 months Gilly was offered a Directorship to create structure and clarity for the new college, branding and the required compliance, ensuring progress is made.

As the role has grown over the years, her responsibilities as Managing Director of both companies, Gilly have required an umbrella role of responsibilities for all legal and compliance, HR, financial and ensuring budget forecasts are met.

The requirement of overseeing the Internal Accreditation Audits together with the implementation of Quality Systems & Processes, Marketing and Brand Management.  All which are paramount to providing a college of excellence to our learners.

Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, together with the understanding of the lower limb, has enhanced the ability to support the learners and the College to assist in programme development.

Gilly is responsible for the membership of practitioners of the Alliance Professional Body together with the Alliance Public Register.  Working again within compliance and facilitating members’ insurance and their continuous professional development (CPD).

The responsibility of the Alliance Register and out relationship with the insurance company is imperative to the protection of the public and the support of the Alliance members.

Gilly is also responsible for the operational smooth running of the Alliance Annual Conference which is a two-day event providing top industry speakers and traders and hosting a Gala Dinner with entertainment.

As the Managing Director I am passionate about the reputation of our college and the Alliance Professional body.  My years of experience enable me to not only understand but also have the ability to support and drive both businesses forward and support the incredible personnel within them.
