Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and participation in all educational offerings, including in-person masterclasses, diplomas, workshops, and practical training, provided by The College of Foot Health Practitioners Limited (“the College,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling or attending our offerings, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms apply to all services and educational programs provided by the College, including in-person masterclasses, workshops, diplomas, and practical training sessions.
1.2 The College reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated to participants.
1.3 It is the participant’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Full Payment Requirements
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking or enrolment, unless otherwise specified.
Payments must be made in pounds sterling (£) through the methods specified during the booking process.
2.2 Payment Confirmation
Participants will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of full payment, detailing course or masterclass information and attendance instructions.
Course materials will only be provided after full payment has been received and required documentation has been submitted.
2.3 Outstanding Payments
Non-payment of fees may result in the cancellation of enrolment, and unpaid balances will be pursued through legal channels if necessary.
An administrative fee of £100 may apply to recover overdue payments.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 In-Person Masterclasses and Workshops
All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including inability to attend.
Rescheduling is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the College in cases of documented emergencies.
3.2 Diploma Programs
Payments for diplomas are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
Withdrawal from the course after enrolment will not entitle the participant to a refund, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of the College.
4. Attendance and Completion Requirements
4.1 Punctuality and Preparation

Participants are responsible for attending all sessions on time and prepared.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed sessions.
4.2 Course Completion
All theory modules and practical training sessions must be completed to the satisfaction of the College to receive certification.
Diplomas will not be awarded until all required coursework, practical training, and final assessments are completed successfully.
4.3 Deadlines for Diplomas
Diplomas must be completed within one (1) year from the date of enrolment. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the College, subject to additional fees.
5. Health and Safety Compliance
5.1 Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the College during in-person training or masterclasses.
5.2 The College reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who do not comply with safety instructions or pose a risk to themselves or others.
5.3 Participants must disclose any medical conditions or accommodations required prior to attending training sessions.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
6.1 All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and manuals, are the intellectual property of the college.
6.2 Participants are prohibited from:
Reproducing, sharing, or distributing course materials without written consent from the college.
Using course materials for commercial purposes, including teaching or training others.
6.3 Unauthorized use of materials will result in immediate legal action under UK Copyright Law.
7. Non-Compete Clause for Diploma Graduates
7.1 Diploma graduates agree not to:
Establish a competing educational or training facility within 100 miles of the College’s premises for a period of two (2) years post-graduation.
Use the College’s branding, intellectual property, or copyrighted materials for commercial purposes.
7.2 Breach of this clause will result in legal action, including claims for damages.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 The college strives to provide high-quality education but does not guarantee specific outcomes or career advancements.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the College disclaims liability for:
Injuries, property damage, or other incidents occurring during participation in our offerings.
Losses arising from reliance on course materials or advice provided during training.
8.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable professional regulations and laws in their field of practice.
9. Code of Conduct and Termination
9.1 Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward staff, peers, and patients.
9.2 The College reserves the right to terminate enrolment or deny participation for:
Abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.
Non-compliance with health and safety or academic policies.
Actions deemed harmful to the reputation or operation of the college.
9.3 Termination due to misconduct or policy violations will not entitle the participant to a refund.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the UK courts.
